COVID-19 CLIENT SCREENING AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

We want to begin by saying our hearts and thoughts go out to those who have lost loved ones during this difficult time. Union is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and clients.

We are taking extraordinary measures to try and mitigate as much risk to COVID-19 as possible in our offices. We follow the safety guidelines set by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and our local and state governments.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT OUR OFFICE

  • Fill out the safety and health form (below)
  • Please consider bringing your own water bottles and anything else you may need during your edit sessions
  • Please consider limiting the amount of your attending team. Your producer will share the occupancy limits for each space in our office, and work with you to safely accommodate anyone who goes over the limit via remote options

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS

  • We have implemented a mandatory vaccination policy requiring vaccination(s) for all our staff
  • Only fully vaccinated individuals can work from our offices
  • Face masks are required at all times, even if you’re fully vaccinated
  • All staff and clients entering our office will be asked to fill out a health and safety form (below). Anyone showing symptoms will be kindly asked to go home and seek medical attention
  • We have FDA approved Air purifiers throughout our office and in each of the occupied edit bays
  • All staff and clients will be provided with face masks and hand sanitizers if needed
  • Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Our PAs must wash their hands as often as possible, as they are the folks who move around the studio more frequently than any other staff member
  • All workstations will be arranged to increase the separation distance by 6 feet
  • Shared work areas such as kitchen and conference rooms will be cleaned and disinfected regularly or as necessary
  • No communal food serving e.g. breakfast bar and lunch buffets
  • We will limit occupancy in bays and common areas to ensure social distancing. Based on most bays, the editor, along with 2-3 clients, can be in one edit room
  • Take-out food and beverages will not be plated for clients. The food will be delivered in its original packaging. PAs will avoid entering edit bays as much as possible
  • All meals/beverage orders will be handled be via email, no paper menus/iPads will be used
  • We will wear gloves and face masks at all times while handling food
Staff/Client COVID-19 Health and Safety Screener
The safety of our staff and clients is our overriding priority. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues, we are monitoring the situation closely and following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State and local health authorities. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our offices, we are asking everyone to complete and submit this health and safety questionnaire before arriving at our office.
